After 10 years of practicing optometry, L. Michelle McReynolds, O.D., opened her own practice this year in Kirkwood. I started West County Vision Center because I wanted to create a personalized experience for each patient, from the length of the exam, finding the right employees and care for my patients, to the quality of frames and lenses, Dr. McReynolds said. Dr. McReynolds paperless office is staffed by her mother, receptionist Anne Serkin, and Iona Edstrom, a certified optician with 18 years of experience.
