Recite Surathul Fathiha 7 times and blow.
Recite Aayathul kursi (Al-Baqara 255) 7 times
Recite last two verses of surath-ul-Baqara 7 times
Recite Surathul Auraaf 117-122 7 times
Recite Surath younus 81,82 and Surath Tha-Ha 69 7 times
Recite Surath Falaq 7 times
Recite Surath Naas 7 times and blow.
-------------------------Continue until recovered. and Also better to do the following
1- Listen once a day to the recitation of Ayathul kursiy repeatedly sixty minutes.
2- Listen once every day recitation of Surathul Falaq, Naas sixty minutes.
3- To recite the sooraths of Quran, mostly, Yaseen, Waaqia, Hashru, Tha-Haa, Arrahmaan, Jinn, Hashr,
Mulk, Ikhlaas, Falaq, Naas.
