Overview
Development of a scientific method for managing projects was driven by businesses that realized the benefits of organizing work and resources around projects. Project Management is now used in all industries and is a source of security, prosperity and power to supervisors. The Project Management Certificate was developed to provide professionals who manage multiple projects with the skills needed to keep projects on task, on time, and on budget. The program builds from theories of project management to real-world practices applicable to all industries and fields.

Program outline
The Project Management certificate consists of three main modules:
Continuous Improvement
The viscous circle The CI process: plandocheckact Problem identification & selection What is a customer? Process improvement Implementation checklist
Admission Requirements
Three years working experience Passing an English language proficiency test with a minimum grade of 70%
Duration
The certificate is delivered through lectures and class discussions. Classes are conducted through 3-hour sessions once per week with a total of 48 training hours followed by the final project and final exam.
Certification
Certificates are awarded to participants who successfully complete the exam as well as prepare and present a final project paper with a minimum of Grade C.
