Class Descriptions:

Zumba A dance/fitness exercise program using Latin and International rhythms from around the world for total body conditioning. Exercise in Disguise! CARDIO, SCULPT, and CORE A high energy class combining periods of cardio training and body sculpting to create a powerful full body workout to train your heart and define your body, with a segment focusing on stabilization exercises to challenge and train the core muscles of the body. Get ready to sweat! YOGALATES The best of Pilates and Yoga which focuses on the core muscles of the body along with proper body alignment, mind and body awareness, and improving flexibility through stretching. Get in tune with yourself and work your body from inside out. Great stress reliever!! KICKBOXING Refers to a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching. Kickboxing is often practiced for selfdefense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Uses all parts of the body- Guaranteed to be sore! Yoga The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible. It also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind. Butt & Gut This class will target your core and everything below the waist. Guaranteed to create more tone and definition in the butt and legs than you have ever seen!! CHIZEL IT An upper body circuit class that focuses on burning calories while leaning and toning. Never hide your arms again!

Yoga Fit Expands on traditional yoga forms by incorporating aspects of modern exercise science and class structures that are used in group exercise. KIDS FITNESS CLASS Kids of all ages can come and learn basic punching, kicking, and running techniques, while working out in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
