SYLLABUS

EVANGELISM AND HUMAN RESOURCES

GENERAL INFORMATION
Department Practical Theology Credits 03 Course Code THPR- 01 Pre requisite

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
To understand everything related to the theory of evangelism. Evangelize to a non-believer with knowledge and wisdom. Organize events or programs of evangelization. Develop people to be useful and helpful in the Church and the society in general.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course the student will have the capacity to: of Explain what the importance of evangelization is. Define each of the aspects that are included in the salvation of a person. Explain what consists of the Evangelistic role of the Church. Explain and differentiate each one of the fundamental aspects of the theology salvation. Evangelize using any of the different methods expressed in this lesson. Apply the biblical principles to each of the groups that are being evangelized. List the different principles to guide a person to Jesus Christ. Distinguish the internal from the external variable of a man. Teach other people are to grow in the Christian faith. Apply the knowledge to administer to the people that God puts in our care.

METHODOLOGY
WEB CONFERENCE
The professor will serve at least one master conference during the eight week period using our web conference system. The conference will be recorded and the student will be able to participate on the recorded conference.

DISCUSSION GROUP
The student will participate in the discussion groups with the rest of the class guided by the professor. This discussion will be graded based on the frequency and the quality of the participation.

ASSIGNMENTS

The student will have to do assignments given by the professor.

RESEARCH PAPER
The student will write a paper about a topic relevant to the course. He will analyze the topic and express his scientific conclusions.

QUIZ
The professor will provide some weekly quiz to evaluate the student learning progress.

FINAL TEST
The student will present a test at the end of the class
