To conduct the research a questionnaire was made and circulated among the employees to gather their response. Technique used for selecting the sample is Judgmental sampling and sample size is 100. Relevance and limitations of Study

Data Analysis and Interpretation


The analysis of data requires a number of closely related operations such as establishment of categories, the application of these categories to raw data through tabulation and drawing statically inferences. Tables and Bar Graphs are used to denote the findings of the study. Tables and graphs are made on the basis of responses given by the employees of GSKCH Ltd. to the questions of questionnaire.

Conclusion and Suggestions


A number of suggestions are given on the basis of analysis of the primary data collected through questionnaire from the employees of company. Suggestions given can be practiced in the industry and are based on the employee responses to the various

conditions specified in the questionnaire.
