Communication skills: The candidate should be good in written and oral communication as he will be interacting with the client on a day to day basis Software Skills: Knowledge of Excel Role: Part of the Billing team to generate Bills to be sent to the client Main responsibilities: 1. The candidate will be responsible for Billing for the client based out of USA. 2. Billing to be processed based on the input data received from client. 3. Any queries with regards to billing needs to be communicated to the client and the billing should be processed on time. 4. Need to make sure whether the accounting impact of the Billing is hitting the correct GL accounts. 5. Update the manuals for the billing process to make sure everyone in the team is aware of the process. 6. Taking care of the Accounts receivables, whether all the receipts with regards to the customers have been accounted in the system. 7. Making sure that the debtors report is generated correctly.
