Instructions 1. Print the hair flair on regular paper or cardstock, and cut out the pieces you want to use. If you need more flair, print more copies of page 1. 2. Measure a ribbon over and under your childs head, leaving extra ribbon at the ends to tie a bow cut the ribbon at that length. Glue the pieces of hair flair to the ribbon; the pieces can go in the middle or more to one side so the flair shows above the ear. Let the glue dry completely, then place the flair on your childs head and tie it into place.
