- International Confederation for reserve NCOs founded in 2010 by NLD and GER - National NCO Associations of NATO countries can become member - NATO Partner Countries can become associate - Similarity with CIOR (NATO orientation)

Differences CENTURION - AESOR

- CENTURION is NATO oriented, AESOR is Europe oriented - CENTURION wants only English as official language -AESOR activities are only open for Board / Council Members, CENTURION activities are open for all NCO member of associations - CENTURION wants to provide a Mil Competition for p p all ranks (like CIOR). AESOR only wants participation of Officers in a special category.

CENTURION AESOR Competition?

- Members that founded CENTURION tried to change AESOR first. Desicions were blocked in AESOR - CENTURION does not want to destroy AESOR but invites AESOR members to join. j

CIOR and CENTURION

- CIOR Presidency was looking for cooperation with AESOR for several years but that didnt work because of the EU orientation of AESOR (and failure of decisions). - CIOR is now looking for the possibility to cooperate with with an NCO Confederation under the condition: - The NCO Confederation has the same basis as CIOR - The NCO Confederation is big enough - The NCO Confederation is willing to work together at h f d ll k h activity level (MilComp; Workshops etc) - NRFC support for participation of all countries in CENTURION (that fullfills these conditions) and support of cooperation with CIOR would b of great h l ti ith ld be f t help.
