ADP, Roseland, NJ Jan 2011- July 2011 Worked with the ADPs offshore development team, specifically on migrating ADPs core applications SD and DECS from WAS v6.5 to v7.0, which increased performance by 5 percent. Ensured quality and increased the reliability of the SD and DECS applications by identifying and fixing critical system errors in SD and DECS applications. iSpeech Inc., Newark, NJ May 2009 May 2010 Saved approximately 10 hours by developing a smart parser in Java to parse raw HTML wiki data from Wikipedia and feeding it into the Ispeech API. Created Architectural plan, creation and navigation for iSpeech.org, DriveSafe.ly and all if its sister websites ensuring a smother and much faster way for the users to access the data they need, decreasing the access time to anything on the website to 10s using CSS, AJAX, PHP, CSS. Sher Gill Oxygen, Uttaranchal, India June 2007 - February 2008 Developed a user-friendly Master and Transactions screens for delinquency management system using Core Java, JSP and Servlet, boosting up the productivity of the Collection Team up by 300%.

PROJECTS
Contract Management System (August 2010): Built a web application using Struts, Hibernate, Core Java and AJAX for Belsum Inc. to manage their contracts, deals and agreements. Effectively increased the efficiency of management by 200%. Map Reduce project (January 2010): Developed a parallel program in java using Hadoops MapReduce libraries over a cluster to calculate occurrence of a single word in a large dataset of library files. Web search engine (November 2008): Deployed Nutch (open source search engine), over a cluster of 4 computers, to search over intranet. Java chat server and client application (December 2008): Developed a multi-threaded java application using the socket API, allowing multiple users chat in real time.

Created an Online Library Management System (March 2009): Developed an online library management system in PHP, HTML, CSS and Oracle, which provided different functionalities like to view books, issue them and granting administrators special privileged access. Remotely - Computer Operated Mechanical Arm (December 2006): Created a mechanical arm, which operated on stepping motors, microprocessors. Controlled through parallel port.
