Executive Summery
There are few things that are common to all living beings. Every human being dreams of having a safe and secured home for themselves and their family. A dream which is common to people across the globe and from all walk of economic life. In the changing world of interest rates and fluctuation in property rates a man is always confused whether to buy or rent a home. He is not sure about what is economically beneficial to him in long run. Though he knows that rented houses rent is eating into his saving without giving him any permanent solutions to his residential problems. He is not sure about how to get loan and what shall be the monthly installments which he shall have to pay against the loan and how he can try and beat both the changing interest rate and fluctuating property rates and come out a winner. The home loan market in India has seen a lot of change since the last 10 years or so. Apart from the offers and plans, even the numbers of financial institutions and the terms & conditions have seen a lot of transformation. You can easily grab the home loans in India at the low rate of interest with ease. Indian banks have come with the beneficial offer of less interest home finance for the loan seekers. Thus, it has become very convenient for the all finance seekers to apply for home loan in India by the finance providing firms in the country. Indian banks have offered the beneficial home loan plans such as fixed loan, floating loan and hybrid loan. All these three types of home finance can be easily grabbed by the Indian loan providing agencies at the less interest. Rate of interest keeps changing day, this is because of inflation, volatile market and consumer demand toward housing loan. So this will be advisable to take precaution while taking loan to avoid any further pain.
