Basic information for application

Click New Applicant

Type Roll Number, Select Board name, select passing year and click Date of Birth then view a calendar and choose your birth
date then click verify. If the data not matched you will see a red color notification but match view the form in same page and
board data are load in corresponding fields.

Biometric information for application

If the applicant is Female then Quota name female is checked, if Vocational student SSC VOC is checked. In choice written test
center male applicant is not select female center and also institute and department choice part is same.

Choice institute and department

In institute and department portion click Choice1 radio button all institute (49) in a select box then select an institute then
corresponding departments are show in right side. Showing departments applicant will choice their department in numerically.
Then click Save choice button.

When click the button system will show how many choice are remain by a confirm box.

Preview information

Similarly he will complete his maximum 10 choices and click submit button. Then applicant will view the preview page where
every contents is show which he/she entered.

Confirmation of submitted application

If click cancel button session will destroy but he/she click save the form button all of contents are store in oracle database. Then
view his/her confirmation message where inform some necessary information. Very important part is here system will generate a
TRACK NO. Which will his/her ID number. Further any query will provide depending on the track no.

Update information

Application Process is complete. If applicant is confused his/her data then he/she will update his/her information but it is only one
time. To update the application form click apply online button-> Track no -> verify. Comes previous form with data like as

Click View photo, Change photo and change choice is separate like. If click the like job are as insert form. To click update now
button he/she will see his/her change information. And click Save form button. This is the only one time change the information.

How many applicant apply in different exam center

In the moment admin can see how many applicants will apply which exam center by admin panel. To view admin panel click
Admin login button. Sample user name is Admin and Password is Ibcs123.

Admission process open / close

Admin can close the admission process by admin control panel. To close admission process go to Admission ON/OFF link. Then
select yes or no, it is a flip flop option and click Action button. Now admission process is close or open.

Getting admit card

Candidate can view their admit card with seat no through website. Go to Admit card link -> input their track no (if forgot track no
he / she can find his / her track no to give some information)-> view his / her input information -> click get admit card button.

Migration check box

If he / she is not interested to migrate any other institute or any department then he / she checked the checkbox and inform
admin that he / she is not interested.

System will show a confirmation message like bellow

If he / she not checked and click ok then system will deny to send the request and show a message.
