Extensive training is further provided on different parameters of the network which are to be considered essential in the basic planning of any network. The junior Drive test engineers are then provided training onfield where they are taught how to capture data from the live network. Teleresources use various software to do this task. Software such as Tems, Nemo and Huawei Probe are used.

DT Engineers The Drive Test Engineers are provided training on the capturing of data of live network. They are provided training on different setups through which these tests are conducted. They are provided training from the first step which is to create a suitable drive test route. A different consideration before a drive test route is created is the essential part of the training program. The implication or the understanding of different captured data is taught in detail.

Analysis Engineer

The role of the analysis engineers is to analyse and generate a detailed report of the performance of the network. This report is generated after the DT Engineers capture the data

through the drive test. Employees in this position are trained on various sets of training program. The basic analysis of the data captured through the drive test of the live network

These trainings prove to be very successful where different people from different background can be provided training directly at home, or in our Sydney office, or on-site at your premises by arrangement.

These courses are characterized by their hands-on approach allowing students to work with world-class radio planning software on network design case studies. Over the past fifteen years Teleresources has provided software specific and industry issue training for hundreds of engineers and managers. These courses have been carried out in Australia and in multiple locations in Europe and Asia. Teleresources has been conducting training on various network optimization tools. A tool such as Atoll has been used extensively by all three major telecom operators in Australia. Tool such as EDX Signal Pro is being used by industries in Energy and mining sector. The training consists of the basic knowledge of GSM, UMTS technologies in case of Atoll and Land mobile radio, Wimax etc. in case of EDX. The first module in these training is the initial planning of any network in any technology. This section explains in detail, what network parameters are needed to be considered at the initial planning of the network. Through a series of practical examples, with
