Assistant Collegiate Recruitment Information Chairman: Assists the Collegiate Recruitment Information Chairman in the above duties; member of the Recruitment Committee. Assistant Vice-President New Member Education: Assists the Vice-President New Member Education in all the duties of that office; (see Executive Officer Interest Survey for a complete description of duties); serves on the New Member Education Committee. Assistant Vice-President Recruitment: Assists the Vice-President Recruitment in all the duties of that office (see Executive Officer Interest Survey for a complete description of duties); member of the Recruitment Committee. Warden: Responsible for all aspects of initiation, including chapter initiation practice, role assignment, ordering and maintaining the ritual equipment which includes cleaning and storing it; conducts post-initiation follow-up meetings with new initiates; conducts opening and closing ritual practice for all members; maintains order in formal chapter meetings; member of the Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation Committee. Should be a member who has been through initiation several times.

THE FOLLOWING MINOR OFFICES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE SLATED: Assistant Vice-President Finance: Assists the Vice-President Finance in all duties of that office (see Executive Officer Interest Survey for a complete description of duties); member of the Finance Committee. Fundraising Chairman: Oversees and coordinates the chapters fundraising initiatives, and as such, works with varying officers when they have fundraising initiatives; serves as a member of the Finance Committee. Junior Panhellenic Delegate/ Greek Week Chairman: Assists the chapters Panhellenic delegate in all duties of that office (see Executive Officer Interest Survey for a complete description of duties), as well as coordinates the Greek Week activities; serves on the Panellenic Committee. Social Chairman: Plans and implements the chapters social events, including, but not limited to, mixers, date parties and formals; serves on the Membership Programming Committee and the Risk Management Committee. Alumnae Chairman: Maintains chapter communication with Delta Kappa alumnae and Houston area alumnae clubs; works with Vice-President Public Relations and Marketing on those communication efforts; serves as a member of the Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation Committee. Chaplain: Shares a prayer, verse or inspirational quote at formal chapter meetings; serves as a member of the Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation Committee. Song Chairman: Responsible for teaching the chapter songs (be prepared to spend some extra time with me actually learning more songs!!); teaches the chapter initiation songs and coordinates the music for initiation; serves on the Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation Committee. Historian/Star Program Coordinator: Requires complete understanding of the STAR program; collects data from events and works with other officers to compile, complete and turn in required paperwork ON TIME. Because the collection of the STAR program data will be a history of the chapter each year, these two offices have been combined. Will also assist the President in preparing the AXO Collegiate Awards submissions. Serves as a member of the Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation Committee. Mystagogue Chairman: Coordinates Alpha, Chi and Omega Sis; matches bigs and littles; coordinates Big/Lil Reveal; serves on New Member Education Committee.

PACE (PROMOTE ALPHA CHI EVERYDAY) Chairman: Coordinates and implements the chapters paceing activities; serves on the Recruitment Committee and the Public Relations and Marketing Committee. Recording Secretary: Responsible for taking attendance at the meetings; takes meeting notes and publishes Lyre Wire on Facebook page following the meeting; serves on the Public Relations Committee. Publications/Newsletter Chairman: Responsible for submitting articles and pictures into The Lyre and local and campus newspapers; serves on the Public Relations and Marketing Committee and works with them to ensure timely and routine communication with alumnae and parents. Technology/Website Chairman: Serves as an administrator on the SHSH Alpha Chi Omega Facebook page and website; keeps them updated with the most current happenings of the chapter; serves as a member of the Public Relations and Marketing Committee. Parents Club Chairman: Establishes and maintains a formal Delta Kappa Parents Club; coordinates parent activities and works with Vice-President Public Relations and Marketing to ensure routine communication with the parent members; serves as a member of the Public Relations and Marketing Committee. Personal Development Chairman: Encourages each member to present herself in an overall tasteful manner by her choice of attire, words and deeds; determines the appropriateness of member attire during formal meetings and fines as needed for inappropriate badge attire. KROM (Keep Recruiting Our Members) Chairman: Encourages the spirit of AXO by providing reminders of what makes our sisterhood so special and unique; serves on the Membership Programming Committee. Cultural Chairman: Encourages an appreciation for the fine arts; alerts members to cultural activities available on campus; serves as a member of the Membership Programming Committee. Sisterhood Chairman: Coordinates and implements all sisterhood activities; serves as a member of the Membership Programming Committee. Chi Connections Chairman: Schedule and implement Chi Connections for the chapter; serves as a member of the Membership Programming Committee. Sophomore Facilitator for MyJourney: Facilitates the MyJourney experience for the sophomore class; has natural leadership ability and is a vibrant presenter who strives to make the experience exciting and relevant for her sisters; serves as a member of the Membership Programming Committee. Junior Facilitator for MyJourney: Facilitates the MyJourney experience for the junior class; has natural leadership ability and is a vibrant presenter who strives to make the experience exciting and relevant for her sisters; serves as a member of the

Membership Programming Committee. Senior Facilitator for MyJourney: Facilitates the MyJourney experience for the junior class; has natural leadership ability and is a vibrant presenter who strives to make the experience exciting and relevant for her sisters; serves as a member of the Membership Programming Committee. Service Chairman: Provides the chapter with community service opportunities and records all members community service hours; serves as a member of the Philanthropy Committee. Resources Chairman: Provides information on scholastic resources available on campus (examples: math labs, special needs assessments provided by the university, lists of graduate assistants available as tutors), as well as compiles a list of sisters major and minor fields of study to provide assistance to other sisters; serves as a member of the Intellectual Development Committee.
