Please bring this Admit Card and a photocopy of Application Fee Deposit Challan / receipt / acknowledgement (wherever applicable) to the examination centre failing which you will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall. Please write your Roll Number in the photocopy of Application Fee Deposit Challan/ receipt / acknowledgement (wherever applicable) and handover the same to the Room Invigilator. Please carry any one photo identity proof (Election ID Card/Driving License/ Pan Card, etc.) to the Examination Centre which may be produced to Invigilator. Bring at least Two Black Ball Point Pens for the Examination. Answers of questions are to be given by the candidate in the Computerized OMR Answer Sheet with Black Ball Point Pen only by darkening the circles. You are requested to reach Examination Centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the Examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall after the expiry of 30 minutes from the scheduled time of commencement of examination. Use of books, Notes and Copying or Receiving/Giving Assistance not allowed. No calculator, separate or with watch, pagers, mobile phones, books, slide rules, foot rules, notebooks or written notes will be allowed inside the examination hall. Any candidate who is found either copying or receiving or giving assistance will be disqualified. The Question Booklet & OMR Answer Sheet supplied to the candidates must be returned intact to the Invigilator. Any candidate trying to tamper / take them away or found in unauthorized possession is liable for cancellation of candidature or any legal action as deemed fit of such candidates. Any requests for change of centre/venue will not be entertained. In case the candidate received more than one admit card due to multiple registration by them, the candidate is directed to handover the admit card which are not required to him to the Room Invigilator at the time of the exam. The candidate will be allowed to sit in the exam only for one discipline. This Admit Card is purely PROVISIONAL and subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria notified for the post and should not be construed as an offer for employment. Visually Impaired or Orthopedically Handicapped candidates whose writing speed is affected by Cerebral Palsy may use a Scribe to write the written examination. The eligibility conditions for use of a scribe are already notified in the Employment News dated __20th 26th August 2011. Candidates who use scribe will be eligible for extra time of 20 minutes for every hour of the examination. For any admit card related query, the candidate is advised to visit the facilitation centre opened in each city of examination from 10.00am to 1.00pm on 22nd October, 2011 for redressal of their grievances.
