CHARACTERS: Ms. Amelia Resontoc - she is a respected teacher and serves as inspiration to her students. Yul- he was the student of Ms. Resontoc who came from a broken family. Claire- she was the lazy student of Ms. Resontoc Faye -she was the student of Ms. Resontoc that experiences heartbreak. Klein- he was the rebel student of Ms. Resontoc, he wasnt able to graduate. Myra - she was a dancer that follows the footsteps of Ms. Resontoc. Ms. Alacdan- perfectionist teacher that feels that shes pretty Mr. Inspection- the teacher harassing his students to pass his subject. Mr. Taluctoc- teacher that he was like a walking store, he sells all the objects that we can buy from stores. Ms. Palafox- the teacher that shocks and threatens her class for them to learn.

SUMMARY: The play centered on the role of the teachers in our life and how they contribute in our life. It shows how a teacher affects and made an impact to the life of her 5 students. This teacher was Ms. Amelia Resontoc, she is a respective and inspiration to her students. She helped them realize what are their real aspects and goals in life. These 5 students reminisce all of their ups and downs with their supportive teacher

Ms. Resontoc. They also shared their experiences with their former teachers like Ms. Palafox who is like a lion that shocks and threatens her class, Mr. Taluctoc who is like a walking store having all the things we can buy from stores, Ms. Alacdan who is so perfectionist and thinks that she knows everything and Mr. Inspection who is harassing his students for them to pass the his subject. The students shared how Ms. Resontoc influences their lives and how she changes their perspectives in life. Like Claire, she was too lazy studying her lessons and Ms. Resontoc advice her to strive harder to be able to pass. Myra, she was a good dancer but she started to lose hope when she wasnt able to win in a competition and Ms. Resontoc made her realize that she can do anything, just believe in yourself and believe that you can do it. Claire, who experience heartbreak and Ms. Resontoc advise her to move on and hope for the best. Yul, he came from a broken family and after graduation he decided not to pursue it because he was too old and his parents dont care about him but Ms. Resontoc made him realize that he must do it for himself and not for anybody else. She also made him realize that being poor is not a hindrance for a person to have education. And lastly Klein, he came from a well off family but his parents doesnt care about him so he became rebel and got into vices that leads him to danger and Ms. Resontoc help him to change and to realize that he must live his life right. And she also made Klein parents to realize that they must give concern to their son and that being a teacher is not just like a profession but like being a true, loving, and understanding parent to each and every student. After reminiscing their stories, they found out that Ms. Resontoc died after undergoing the operation, but they are still happy and cherishing all the words and lesson theyve learn from her. The play also shows how important the role of God in our lives. How faith can help us to go on with our lives.

REACTION: 1. Describe the different kinds of teacher.

There are 5 different types of teachers portrays in the play. The first one was Ms. Palafox, she was a terror teacher that shocks and threatens her students to follow her. Mr. Taluctoc who sells things to students, instead of scolding them of not bringing their projects, he just offers them of the items he sells. He didnt mind whether his student will gain knowledge from him or not. Mr. Inspection, he was a teacher that harassing his students to be able to pass. Ms. Alacdan who is a kind of teacher that is perfectionist and pretending to know everything, she always takes it personally whenever her students shows disrespect. And Ms. Resontoc who is a kind of teacher that serves as an inspiration to her students and fellow teachers. She is an example of a good teacher, she always tries to understand her student. She didnt let her students to do wrong thinks. She helps them understood real aspects of life and their aims in life.

2. What happened to the students in the play?

The students have already their own careers and professions. Faye and Claire finished their studies and have their careers, Myra follows the footsteps of Ms. Resontoc, Klein didnt finished his studies but he already stops his vices and his now a driver, and Yul followed what Ms. Resontoc and finished his studies in 4 years and have his career now.

3. In your own opinion, how will the teacher affect the success of the students? I think teachers influence students on what their prospective in life maybe. They may influence them on how they relates toward their students. They maybe serve as an inspiration for the students to strive hard. Through what the teacher inputted or showed to the students whether it is good or bad, the students may use it to strive harder or to lose hope in achieving his success.
