Miscellaneous Uniform inspection: Cant be done during PT on Thursday and people dont want to stay after class on Thursday right before the 4-day break. So its going to be during lunch time AT 11:30 and have just the jacket inspected for the correct ribbons/medals and placement by your squad leaders. I coordinated to have TAC NCOs be able during this time to inspect USE THEM. This should give you enough time to buy/fix them by graduation. 2. Completed DA 31 with control number

If you are NG/Reserve you still need to clear finance but you do not need a DA 31. Once you are complete, make a copy of the out processing check sheet. You will have both the copy and original with you for the final out. If you lose your clearing papers you will have to start all over again. Come to the TAC office Out-processing control section: This section will remain blank until you're finished with all sections.
