Subcontracting:
With the new scenario, the goods sent to subcontractor is controlled outside SAP system Advantages : simplicity in SAP processes
17
Siemens AG 2003
Create Production Order Simulation (PGCP) Maintain Operation Scheduling Production Order Evaluate Capacity
Maintain Scenario LTP Maintain Planned Independent Requirement (MRP: In active) Run Simulation MRP Evaluate Simulation Capacity
18
Siemens AG 2003
Maintain PIR
Based on the scenario, system will simulate MRP calculation. This simulation will not affect the real MRP result
19
Siemens AG 2003
Define new Transaction code to perform Goods Movement within collective order
Explanation: Goods Movement within collective order is non SAP standard. In SPIRIDON, we will use the standard process.
20
Siemens AG 2003
Charge Non productive/ additional cost to Internal order for monitoring Purpose.
21
Siemens AG 2003
Non Productive
22
Siemens AG 2003
PG Employee is used as Employee ID number in confirmation activity PG Employee material is also used to monitor GK Activity (only statistic, non valuated)
Use confirmation text to store employee number/ name GK activity is confirmed to Internal order (valuated). By monitoring the cost in these internal orders, management is able to monitor the GK cost during the year.
Explanation: Material PG employee is not allowed in SPIRIDON. For traceability purpose ID number can be stored in confirmation text.
