$830m.Withagrossplotratioof1.6andanestimateddevelopmentchargeof$31.2m,thefinalpricetagis$988psf
ppr.Ontheotherhand,528unitLagunaParkinMarineParadehasasiteareaof677,493sqftandagenerousplot
ratioof2.8.Reservepriceoftheprojectis$1.25b,marginallylowerthanthepreviousaskingpriceof$1.3binJuly
