This first session will be geared towards understanding the Path Elements Profile tool and how it can be used with teams, departments and with clients. This powerful tool gives leaders and those they lead a positive language with which to put the behaviors they observe in themselves others into context. An understanding of the hard-wiring of team members can be used to assign tasks and uncover the source of conflict between individuals. The Path Elements Profile, (which you will take prior to meeting) uses the highly visual and easily remembered elements of Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water. You will identify the leadership strengths and challenges, work tendencies, and communication styles that go with each element.

Exemplary Leadership and Authentic Teamwork for Outstanding Results

Tues. March 13th, 2012

This second session will be geared toward assisting leaders in becoming more confident and effective (generating positive results) in their leadership role. Participants will identify a personal leadership challenge and one or more specific results they desire.
