Virtual Office Management System

The proposed system “Virtual Office Management System” aims


to automate all the activities. Citing the feasibility reasons mentioned
earlier, the proposed system implementation will be completed in
phases.

The Ist phase of this system implementation concentrates on the


following modules.

o Human Resource (HR) Management System


o Marketing Department Management System
o Front Office Management System
o Technical Team Management System

The complete system is proposed to be implemented in four phases.


This phase-wise implementation has also the benefits of overcoming
forced adoption of the system, which as observed in majority of cases,
could be rejected. Add to it the advantage of possibility of inclusion of
new features with the growth of the technology. For instance: integration
of digital logging of employee movements in and out of the office, which
could enable precise number of hours worked.

The four modules intended to be implemented in this phase have


been explained in detail below. These modules cover almost every
aspect currently handled in the manual methodology.

Human Resource (HR) Management System

department in the proposed system:
