MANAGEMENT
Manage and Lead the team of 15-20 Developers (juniors, seniors, tech leads) of PHP group in providing International-leveled Web development services for international customers: * Establish team goals, build & manage the team's resources (assign to R&D projects, customer projects, manage resources allocation plan, report to upper manager) * Motivate and supervise team members' performance (lead the team in technical research direction, support team in project development when necessary) Do new project estimation and technical proposal (analyze, design and propose, estimate work effort) Participate in technical leading, designing in internal or external projects when necessary. Research new trend of Web development technologies * Establish team goals, build & manage the team's resources * Motivate and supervise team members' performance * Coaching team members, handle conflicts if any When necessary, work as Technical Architect or Technical Lead in Web-based development projects (open source solutions). Support team members in technical troubleshooting & solution in their projects, when necessary. Organize and perform technical sharing and training activities for the team. Help PM manage and monitor members in team. * Male or Female 28 40 Education: bachelor of IT / software / or Information System. Language: English Upper Intermediate level all skills

Nationality: Vietnamese. Experience: at least 5 years in PHP development, 10 years in Web/Software development. Good capability in technical Research & Development (R&D). Good knowledge in using Opensource solutions in PHP and other techs (frameworks, systems). Good knowledge of internet-working. Understanding of Web standards (such as W3C's WAI). Good knowledge in one or more of development process models and tools (Agile, Scrum or CMMi, TDD...). Good knowledge in Installation & Configuration with LAMP, WAMP, Microsoft IIS 6.0, Windows 2003 server. Additional knowledge in JAVA, .NET is a plus. Excellent and solid experienced in Web development using PHP/MySQL technologies. Experience in architecture design of large-scale web-based systems. Experience in working with common web-based applications (CMS, Blog, Portal, Newsletter, Forum, Chatroom, messenger...). Experience in working with all of these Source Control Systems: CVS, SVN and VSS. Great soft skills: leadership, motivation, group discussion leading, team working, problem solving, presentation, training Great spirit of work & research, self-motivated. Must be independent, responsible, self-motivated, with ability to learn and achieve superior results. * Discipline, open minded, goal oriented * Willing to learn new knowledge and concepts * Willing to face challenges (projects, technologies) * Ambitious
