    I, hereby, authorize Labinot Salihu, born on 18.06.1975 co-owner of our company Penguin SHPK from Prishtine, with address Velania str6 Nr18, ID No. 1013986424 Issued by (authority) Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), Republic of Kosovo, and Kushtrim Dumoshi, born on 24.09.1968 also co-owner of our company Penguin SHPK from Prishtine, with address Str. Ismail Dumoshi nr 19, ID No. 1014877459 Issued by (authority) Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), Republic of Kosovo, that on my behalf and on behalf of our company Penguin SHPK, may open bank account/s on TEB Sh.A. with address Agim Ramadani St. No. 15, Prishtina 10000, Republic of Kosova and have all unlimited authorizations to manage and operate with this account, including but not limited to transfers, withdrawals, deposits. The same co-owners are authorized to transfer part or all of above authorizations to third persons as they separately deem to be fit, appropriate and necessary in order to carry out company activities. This Authorization is being issued for the purpose mentioned above, and can not be used for other purposes.
