II. TERM OF PAYMENT
The above rates are subject to 5% service charge& 10 % value added tax.
Deposit: 30% deposit of the estimated total expenses is required upon confirmation
• All payment for function rooms will be settled by FPT CORPORATION after the end of the function
by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

III. GENERAL:

* Cancellation:
In the event that the function is cancelled within 25 days to 2 days by written notice prior to the
function, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will be applied.
In the event that the function is cancelled within 48 hours by written notice prior to the function, a
cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be applied.

* Confirmation:
Hanoi Daewoo hotel reserves the right to release any tentative bookings not confirmed within 25 days
prior to the function date.

* Miscellaneous:
All cases to damage break of hotel property caused by guests who attend the function, will be charged
accordingly to FPT CORPORATION
