Abhesh Kumar is from PwC Singapores Technology, InfoComm & Entertainment (TICE) sector and works closely with the PwC regional TICE Industry leader. He has close to 10 years of experience in the technology consulting space where he has helped clients in the enterprise, government and hightech industries across Asia Pacic in identifying, evaluating and implementing the right t of solutions to address business priorities. Abhesh drives PwCs cloud computing efforts in the region bringing together key players from the vendor, data centre and system integrator space, to deliver optimal value to PwC clients evaluating or adopting the cloud model. He sits on various industry boards such as the Singapore Computer Society, Singapore IT Federation, IT Standards Committee and various other Chambers of trade and commerce. Abhesh has worked with several leading technology vendors and service providers to deliver effective, cost efcient and reliable business solutions and is frequently invited to speak from a technology agnostic view on the applicability of various IT frameworks and solutions. He holds a Master in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.

Bradley Gambill is SingTel Executive Vice President and Group Chief Strategy Ofcer. Brad works closely with the senior leadership team and leads the development and implementation of the Groups corporate strategy. His responsibilities include the development of new growth platforms and competitive intelligence, mergers and acquisitions, and new products and services innovation. Brad has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and investments. Prior to joining SingTel, Brad was Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Ofcer of LG Electronics (LGE) in Korea. At LGE, he formulated its competitive strategy and shaped its product and service offerings. He also helmed the expansion of LGE into new high-growth areas and managed its merger and acquisition strategy. Brad was also previously with McKinsey for 12 years as a Partner and recognized thought leader, and with Innosight Consulting, LLC, and during which, he founded Innosight Ventures Pte. Ltd. Brad holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvanias Wharton School and graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Public Policy.

Bringing more than fteen years of experience in the customer relationship and customer experience management space, Andrew Chong is currently Vice President for Consumer Operations at SingTel. He leads the customer service operations and is responsible for the development, implementation and improvement of service experience space into SingTels businesses as a key business strategy. Prior to joining SingTel, Andrew was Head of Customer Service, Training and Credit at Maxis, where he was responsible for customer service, credit management and customer value management (loyalty marketing and customer lifecycle management). At Shell, Andrew coordinated and managed its worldwide customer service assurance comprising of teams in US, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacic, Oceania and South Asia, as the Global Head of Customer Service Assurance. In that capacity, he ensured sustained operational excellence and drove continuous improvement programs across Shells order-to-cash process globally.

Chandan Ghosh is the Chief of Wholesale Carrier & Enterprise Business of Aircel Limited. He is responsible for the growth of Aircels Enterprise & SME Business, and Global Wholesale & Long Distance. Chandan began his career as a service engineer over 30 years ago and is now widely regarded as a senior telecom expert in the global wholesale business. He held various senior positions in major telcos around the world, including British Telecom, AT&T and Bharti Airtel, prior to joining Aircel. In 2002, Chandan started Bharti Airtels International Wholesale & Carrier Business after the government of India broke VSNLs monopoly by liberalizing international long distance telecoms. Chandan is regularly invited to speak at telecom events worldwide and holds prestigious advisory roles in several international telecom bodies, inuencing global telecommunications trends. He graduated from Bombay University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Christian Daigneault is the Chief Technology Ofcer of CSL Limited since 2007. Since this time with CSL, Christian has orchestrated a full network transformation that enabled a few industry rsts and several technology awards: the rst All IP HSPA+ network in 2009 and the rst LTE/DC-HSPA network in 2010. The implementation of these technology innovations at the right time ensured that CSL customers enjoyed the best broadband experience to meet continuously rising expectations while at the same time reducing the cost of operation. Christian came to CSL with a strong telecommunications background in developing and operating wireless networks in Canada, China, Brazil, Algeria, and Europe. Prior to joining CSL, Christian was Deputy CTO for Wataniya Telecom, the largest operator in Algeria. Before that, Christian was the Director of RF Engineering and Operations at Telus Mobility in Canada, and Director of Technology for Telesystem International Wireless in several of their international operations, developing wireless networks in Europe, Asia and South America.
