A teacher is a person who teaches, deliver knowledge and reform thinking of the person, he transfers knowledge by giving new

concepts, ideas, and relate that knowledge with the practicality. The perfect and good teacher is one who takes all the students with him while delivering the lecture, because the mentality of all the students is not very similar. so a teacher must be professional in his field like professional of many other fields. This is the role of teacher towards the student in delivering knowledge while students in return must respect the teacher by all means .students must obey him ,follow his rules and regulations. As a saying of hazrat Ai that any one who teaches me a single word is my teacher. You have taught us in this semester and we have followed your rules and regulations with some exceptions. In my view every one in the class has given you respect and has fulfilled your saying regarding grades in the course that every body should not score less than 75 % in the class. Every body gives the quizzes assignments deliver the presentations The time is now becoming harder and harder for every professional and for the students too. Because he should know the professional tactics to handle any particular tactics to succeed other wise he will be thrown away from the organization he will be working for. Every professional have some characteristics and you have too many of them in you of your fields but not related to teaching. Just like a doctor that cant run an automobile workshop because its not his profession .similarly a person with 25 years of experience in army and managing security related jobs cant teach, because its not his job. And his skills do not match with the jobs. As teaching is also a profession and every one should be honest with his profession so you may be very good in your profession but not for teaching

Because teaching is not To just come in class mark attendance To read definitions from book To spend lecture time in playing with blackberry to spend of the semester in taking presentations quizzes, checking them and returning which takes many classes presentation in your view is a good thing and practical thing to speak in front of the class I agree with you but we have been doing and giving presentation since beginning of our degree so we have learnt a lot and still learning .but it is not fair to spend more then half of a semester in taking presentation on topics that you havent deliver lecture on. It is very good technique to divide the topics among the group of students to deliver presentation and spends whole semester like that with out your own contribution You even dont have the potential to judge the presentation style, way of delivery and many other things Your remarks are just well done well prepared and well delivered for every group Its a hard time .father of every student is paying 8000 RS per course in the university and how he is paying he knows himself better then any one else. I m among these students whose father is not a land lord nor he holds a huge business to pay off my expenses .he just run a shop. So it is very diffiult for him to pay y fee. And he is paying so that his son may get some knowledge so that he can succeed in his professional carreer.but what kind of knowledge you have delivered to us??? Ask your self in front of mirror .as you are also a father .and may be paying fees of your son in he schools, for what?? Just so that your child can groom well he can have better future.

Its my humble request to you that please dont continue teaching as your profession because its not your profession, but if you continue many good students will suffer..
