beyond its intended operating temperature range.

If refinishing is desired, rub the old loosened, heat affected paint off with rubbing alcohol and a clean rag and apply the finish of your choice. We recommend Norrell Moly, or 1200F matte black grill paint. Use a light coat with the silencer standing on the rear cap. Painting the mount bore or threads will result in tolerance interference, rendering the unit inoperable till interfering coating thickness is removed. Painting the thread shoulder engagement area is not advised as differential coating thickness may reduce precision of mounting alignment. CAUTION: The BEAST Silencer combats the Impulse noise at the muzzle of your weapon and cannot account for the actions associated operating noise which will vary by weapon type and barrel length. For the highest level of hearing protection, wear hearing protection at all times while using your silencer.

Thankyou for purchasing a BEAST sound suppressor. We appreciate your business. Please read these instructions carefully prior to use. Compatibility: The BEAST suppressor comes in two thread pitch configurations, 18x1mm Metric [.630 OAL] (TRG-42/TRG-22) and 5/8x24 [.630 OAL]. Safety Considerations! Unload your weapon in accordance with its manufacturers user manual prior to mounting the sound suppressor. Remove the bolt or bolt carrier group and charging handle from the weapon prior to inspection of the mounting alignment. To mount your BEAST silencer: Grasp the silencer and carefully place the suppressor over the compatible muzzle thread. The silencer will bottom out when the threads on the suppressors rear mount touch the threads on the BEAST muzzle accessory. When this occurs, engage the thread by rotating counter clockwise until you feel the starting point of the thread. Next tighten the silencer by rotating it clockwise until it is fully tightened. Tighten the suppressor firmly. Under ideal circumstances, with the butt of the rifle between your feet, tighten the suppressor as tightly as you can with a two handed grip on the suppressor body. Confirm alignment! Visually confirm alignment on every untested weapon prior to first use by placing white paper in the breach, and looking through the suppressor bore, parallel to the walls of the barrel bore on all sides, comparing clearance to elements of the suppressor bore. If alignment does not appear to be right, or if you desire the most minimal POI shift and maximum safety from baffle strikes or other issues, send your barrel to ADCO firearms in Ohio for barrel threading. www.adcofirearms.com Recommended rate of fire considerations: The BEAST is constructed of TIG welded 4130 chrome moly steel which is substantially stronger than stainless steel, for high pressure conditions. Your BEAST suppressor is extremely strong and durable; however care should be taken to prolong service life. The recommended maximum rate of fire for the .338LM and Magnum class calibers is bolt action operated weapon use only, as rapidly as you can load the weapon. The rate of fire for self-loading calibers is no more than 60 rounds on full auto [7.62x51mm and 5.56mm],

followed by 14 rounds per minute sustained. Do not quench/cool your heated silencer with water, ice, or snow. Quenching metals will em-brittle them, can warp parts, and may damage or destroy your silencer. Allow your silencer to air cool. Calibers and Minimum Length Barrel Ratings: The BEAST suppressor is rated for 26 barreled .338LM and all lesser calibers. This includes but is not limited to 26 .338RUM, 24.300WIN MAG, 20 30.06, 14.5 .308 Winchester, 6.5x47mm Lapua, and .243Winchester, as well as 5.56mm down to 10.5 In all cases, longer barrels will provide maximum suppressor wear life. Maintenance: Clean and protect your suppressors mounting system and barrel threads after every use to ensure mating surfaces are free of corrosion, as well as copper and carbon fouling. Failure to clean the mounting system or to remove your suppressor for storage can result in your suppressor becoming stuck to the muzzle device on your weapon. Rod the bore with a nylon brush coated with CLP or your favorite cleaner / lubricant / corrosion inhibitor. Spray a light coat of WD-40 or Rem Oil into the suppressor body for storage. Give the suppressor body and threads a light coat of oil, and wipe dry. WD-40 may cause the suppressor to smoke upon firing. Rem-oil is less likely to cause this to occur. If you use more than a light coat of oil, shake out the excess prior to firing. Fluid is an incompressible liquid- a substantial amount of liquid will raise operating pressures with potentially dangerous results. Do not use grease or water in your suppressor. Oil is for corrosion prevention, not sound attenuation. 4130 steel is very strong and is very similar to military firearm barrel steel. The Beast suppressor was designed with approximately 40% thicker components than required. There is no need to be overly paranoid about any internal corrosion that may occur during normal use. Many Maxim suppressors built nearly 100 years ago of thin, chrome moly steel are in working order today. Finish: High rate of fire operation at temperatures exceeding 1100F after firing more than 110 rounds in 1-3 minutes, may damage the finish which is Norrell Moly coating and has a minimum thermal breakaway of 1000F. If you witness the finish baking off of your BEAST suppressor, that is an indicator that you are operating it
