1) HYDERABAD AIRPORT

Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (International and domestic flights) is located between the Srisailam State Highway and NH-7 in the Shamshabad locality. It is about 30km or 70-90 minutes drive from Hyderabad City and accessible via two road links: Road Links

All public vehicles (auto rickshaws, RSTC buses) will be required to stop at a Transportation Centre, located 2km away from the PTB. A free shuttle service will be provided from the Transportation Centre to the PTB More information on transport options is provided in point 6 of this brochure. PTB has two roadways leading to the Departure Hall (Level F) and Arrival Pick up zone (Level D) Enter PTB on Level F via Entrance 2 into the Departure Hall

Refer to Flight information TVs for Check-in Row and Check-in at Counters Counters open 4 hours and close 60 minutes before flight departure time Internet Check-in is available at singaporeair.com, 2 to 48 hours before flight departure 3) DEPARTURE FORMALITIES After check-in, proceed to Departure Immigration, Customs and Security Screening on PTB Level F Beyond the Departure control area: i) For Lounge guests, proceed from departure concourse (Level F) to Plaza Premium Lounge (Level E) via elevator near gate 32A ii) Otherwise, proceed to boarding gates on Level F

Singapore Airlines boarding gate will generally be located at Gates 30, 32 or 34 Distance/Estimated Walking Time

4) AIRLINE LOUNGES (LEVEL E) Singapore Airlines PPS club Member, First Class & Business Class customers, Krisflyer Elite Gold members and Start Alliance Gold members are invited to use the Plaza Premium Lounge located on Level E. Lounge Guests can access the lounge by taking elevator beside gate 32A on Level F

5) ARRIVING INTO HYDERABAD & TRANSFERS TO ONWARD FLIGHTS Passengers arriving into Hyderabad should proceed to Arrival Immigration (Level E) and take the escalator/stairs to Baggage Claim and Arrival Hall (Level D) Our baggage service counter is located on Level D

For Transfer Passengers, a. Connecting Domestic-to-International Flights Arriving passengers on domestic flights should proceed to collect their checked baggage at Baggage Claim (Level D), exit the Terminal, and proceed up to Departure Level F to check-in for their international flights. b. Connecting International-to-International Flights International Transit passengers should proceed to Airline transfer counter on Arrival Level PTB Level E to check-in for the connecting International departure flight. Please remember to present checked baggage receipts (if any) to the counter staff. After check-in, passengers should proceed up to PTB Level F via the escalator beside the transfer counter to the International Departure Concourse.

c. Connecting International-to-domestic Flights Arriving passengers on international flights should proceed to clear arrival immigration/Customs formalities, exit the Terminal, and proceed to Departure Level F to check-in for their domestic flights.

6) LAND TRANSPORTATION FOR ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Departure Private Vehicles Drop off at PTB Departure Level Kerb side. Park at carpark in front of PTB. The carpark is linked to PTB Level D via walkway on Level C Drop off at PTB Departure Level Kerb side. Arrival Pick up at PTB Arrival Kerb side
