UNO can mill accurately all materials for modern dentistry including feldspathic and lithium disilicate ceramics and, thanks to its 4 axis milling capability, is able to optimize the consumption of materials and, in addition, it makes possible to process even undercuts. UNO , like all the milling machines made by VENTURE, has a spindle with automatic tool changer and is able to work continously and without operator by automatically checking a tool fault and, in case of breakage, to arrange for replacement and restarting the interrupted work.

UNO pu fresare con estrema precisione tutti i materiali per lodontoiatria moderna comprese le ceramiche feldspatiche e i disilicati di litio e, grazie ai suoi 4 assi continui, in grado di ottimizzare il consumo dei materiali oltre a rendere possibile la lavorazione anche in presenza di evidenti sottosquadri. UNO , come per tutte le fresatrici della VENTURE, dispone di un mandrino con cambio utensile automatico ed in grado di lavorare in continuo e senza alcun operatore grazie al controllo automatico di integrit dellutensile che in caso di rottura predispone la sostituzione e la ripresa della lavorazione interrotta.

quali il sistema di refrigerazione ed il sistema di recupero dei residui della lavorazione. La sua collocazione immediata e assolutamente discreta ; pu essere facilmente inserita in qualsiasi ambiente grazie anche alla sua silenziosit operativa.

UNO is also independent from the IT perspective, in fact incorporates a tablet PC with LCD touch screen through which you can completely control and set up the machine and, through a WiFi channel, can be easily inserted into any corporate network UNO is based on a solid structure of steel and aluminum and uses the most sophisticated motion control
techniques so that it can reach very high resolution and accuracy levels and then extremely accurate surfaces and finishing.

UNO autonoma dal punto di vista informatico, infatti incorpora un tablet PC con LCD touch screen attraverso il quale si pu governare completamente la macchina e, attraverso un canale WiFi, pu essere comodamente inserita in una qualsiasi rete aziendale senza fili. UNO costruita su una solida base di acciaio e alluminio e fa uso di tecniche di controllo del moto molto
sofisticate che le permettono di raggiungere livelli di risoluzione e precisione molto elevate e quindi lavorazioni estremamente accurate.
