INTRO

D: A very good evening to one and all present out here. I, Devika Mathur A: And I, Abhay Mishra, am very happy to welcome you all to the seventh alumni convention. D: While the Golden Jubilee Alumni Convention 2010 was the beginning of the year long celebrations for the Golden Jubilee year, this convention marks the very fact that our Alma Mater is now fifty years young. Thus, this convention too is named the Golden Jubilee Global Alumni Convention 2011. A: The Alumni Association extends a very warm welcome to all the alumni who are here with us today. Since the first batch of this institute joined the institute in 1961, this year is the 50th anniversary of their association with their Alma Mater. D: And we, on behalf of the college and everyone associated with it, would like to especially congratulate and welcome them. A: From Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College to Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, it has indeed been a journey, a venture that has etched 50 years of glory.

CONCLUSION
D: Abhay.... I m just wonderingwhy do all good things come to an end, why does it take a minute to say hello and forever too say goodbye.why cant we get all the people in the world together that we really like and then just stay together?? A: WellDevikaThe truth/ answer is that we part just to meet again. Goodbyes are not forever and they are definitely not the end. They simply mean that Ill miss you until we meet again. With this we come to the end of this beautiful evening. D: It was a pleasure for both of us to be your host for this evening. We, on the behalf of the college, the faculty and the students A:Once again we would like to thank all of you for being a part of this celebration. D: The pink city of jaipur A: The forts of Jodhpur D: The exotic sweets of Bikaner A: The lakes of Udaipur D: The forts of Jaisalmer A: and not to forget the sacred cities of Ajmer and Pushkar D: Rajasthan has always been famous for its rich cultural heritage, the vibrant colours, the traditions and the cuisines but the thing that attracts us the most is the truly splendid and vivacious Rajasthani dance. A: So now we would like to call upon the student team to present before you the Rajasthani dance.

WESTERN D: It has got beats, its got the stunts, has the moves, the groves, the style, the attitude and not to miss the glamour and the glitz. A: Whoaa!!! Devika what are you talking about??? D: Well, I thought you must have guessed it by now. A: Is it the western dance you are talking about??? D: Yes, its da western dance Im talking of. A: Well, you are rightWestern Dance is one of the most energetic dances that we have. Be it hip-hop, be it locking and popping, be it beboying or the very famous MJ dance. It indeed has STYLE. D: Western gets our feet dancing to the beats and your heart might as well skip a bit for here comes another bunch of first years to rock you and force you to ape the moves. MUSIC D: You know something Abhay, I was half the length Im today when I heard someone saying that music is the food for the soul and I just didnt get. But over the years, when I grew up, developed a liking for music, felt and loved music, I got to know what it meant. A: Indeed as Elvis Presley says of rock and roll music, if you like it, if you feel it, you cant help but move to it. So lets now have the band of boys to let our feet groom to their music. D: Rhythm is something, which once you have, you have it all over you-your mind, life and soul. With this lemme now call upon Abhay with Paol on guitar to plunge us deeper into the rhythm. PUPPET

A: Now we put forth you a dance. The dance and the talent of these dancers is surely gonna inspire an awe from you. An I can assure you of one thing these dancers are gonna make way to your hearts even with their faces unseen. Did someone get which dance is up now?? D: Yeahyou got it right.Its the puppet dance. A: So here they come.the PPUUPPPEEHT Dance DRAMATICS D: NO matter how old you grow up.the fun you have during college life always remain intact in your memories. A: The lectures, the bunking of the classes, the class flings, the fests, the trip with your friends and what not. D: So we thought why not present before you a play that takes you all the way back to your college days. A: Welcome the dramatics society people with this play that would make you wanna go back to the best days your life.
