ARTICLE VIII
TERM OF CONSTITUTION

Section 1. The Constitution shall take effect immediately after ratification.


Section 2. Any resident member of the organization may propose amendments
in the Constitution provided it is first endorsed in writing.
Section 3. The Executive Committee shall present the proposal to the General
Assembly, and after careful deliberation of at least 2/3 vote of all
resident members, the amendment shall be adopted.
Section 4. The provisions of the Constitution can only be amended two years
after its ratification.
