Love is Colder than Death: Extradition and Torture in a postMagna Carta England
Love is Colder than Death--a film by rainier werner fassbinder syed talha ahsan is 34, has imprisoned on false charges in UK, for five years. http://old.cageprisoners.com/prisoners.php?id=2073 i sat next to his family in the Members of Parliament Extradition debate, which was held in a small room off the great hall yesterday 24 november 2011. i was the first to arrive, sleepless, too excited to see justice served. when the prosecutor suggested the American Justice System is to be trusted i gruffed my throat from the hairballs of her lies or misunderstanding. the room ruffled. i was naturally disappointed by the veritable politicised propaganda spouted by the lying mouths or delusional propagandised of Parlaiment. especially the anglo-american lawyer, who displayed the worst legal brainwashing made possible by an american education. they implicitly trust the american justice system, the english justice system, and such null categories as "national" "citizen" etc. in the globalised quest for human rights, british or australian of american citizens, will not have more assurance of rights. this fundamental misconception, as it has cross-pollinated the british linguistic marketplace serves to affirm the classic cliches of "terrorism" and the "extradition is a good thing" principles i heard uttered by the American Lobbyist MPs infecting the dialogue with their poisonous rhetoric. Fair Trials International unwisely told me they have a hands-off approach to wikileaks, because it is too dangerous politically. now truly, why do such people tell me, such things???? of course, they are probably as corrupt as ACLU and Amnesty International and the Nobel Prize. nevertheless, three members of parliament spoke for Wikileaks and it's founder Julian Assange, most notably and eloquently, Zac Goldsmith, who i imagined was annoyed as I with the proAmerica pro-Torture pro-naivite contingencies in our old post-magnacarta Parliament. my letter to him eight days before ran
"we need your help to protect assange no delay"

the MP's need an infusion of knowledge especially pertaining to the American (legalistic) Torture Doctrine.

of course they needed a good lecture from Julian Assange himself, which they can't afford at the moment, as they'd have to ask Serco, his prison keepers. that such clumsy legalistic pomposity is permitted in Parliament i find concerning, as well as the relegation to the committee room dungeon. for that these good people cared, i thank them, but ask them to heartily take the cobwebs out of their brain about Torture and Indefinite Detention in America, disbartorturelawyers, the Torture Doctrine and the Indefinite Detention protocol and the pre-requisite hate-ideologies of islamophobia and terrorism-fear-speak, nouveau nationalism, and U.S. Constitutionalist Supremacy in the trumping of International Law. when good speakers start peppering their rhetoric with such anaemic panaceas as "terrorist" for the elder TV-watching classes, i truly think they must be mad themselves. and truly it is a pleasure to hear them speak, their english language, and nothing compares to the idiocy of American Law-makers, so for that i thank them. they do however need a swift dose of truth about the American Torture Protocol and the corporatization of torture in our time. the mild-mannered-ness with which the elected self-proclaimed politicians serve Brits et al (humans) up to the Human Snakes at Wackenhut and Jeppesen and Blackwater and G4S should give rise to a hearty dose of actual discussion. while the sincerity of the plaintive story-telling is to be commended, and the mentioning of Religious Discrimination, i can only reason that ENGLAND IS NOT DOING ENOUGH to fight the horrors of islamophobic persecution. as Tahrir bleeds. as humans languish in british supermax prisons for years, and we have coffee and chocolate on Oxford Street, and Julian Assange serves indefinite arrest, i hope for nothing, but was truly stunned by the fantastic energy of Zac Goldsmith who lead the pack against the vicious EAW and Extradition Subservience with which England threatens to throw Assange to the dogs of war at USA Torture, INC. he has a rare grace and integrity. anything less would have been cowardly, and noblisse oblige. and so i wrote him right away to join the Senator Ludlam December 5 at the Royal Courts of Justice. of course i understand, if he cannot come. to all the cowardly american academics and NGO's who must protect their reputations and sinecures, and abandon Julian Assange of Wikileaks now, i almost understand. but so they know, their reputation with me, would be vastly improved should they put Justice over Money, and Fairness over Privilege and Luxury and the false accolades of the Weak-willed USA elite which have allowed these tragedies to transpire over the last decade. their numb consciences revolt me. as i shook unjustly imprisoned syed talha ahsan's father's hand in the great westminster hall, i told him, you are my father. i spoke to his friend originally from Bangladesh, about the 1950's CIA Iranian coup d'etat which is the subject of the film by my friend Vikramadithya Singh of Valkyrie Media. the destruction of Iran could not be more relevant now. http://axisofbetrayal.com/filmmakers_1.html
