Yours sincerely, Registrar Thanu Foundation Varma Medical Sciences Varma Medical System is a treasure-house of secret sciences and embodies the results of the ardent pursuit thereof by the ancient Siddhars. It is more or less a divine gift, wrested from the Gods by the devout and indefatigable labours of the good old sages. Nature has yet to divulge many a secret of hers in store. Sciences is but one child of Nature, and it is common to all nations and peoples. Among the nations of the world that have tried to discover the mysterious constitution and functioning of the human body, the Tamil people of south India were the first to come out with flying colours with the disclosure of the arts of the rejuvenation of the human body and the prolongation of human life and of the proper medicines for the same. The Tamil Siddhars who were the pioneers of the 64 kinds of Kalais or sciences and the first worders of eight great miracles were also the first to know the human body, diseases affecting it, preventive and

curative aspects of diseases, and art of prolonging the life span and also the attainment of Samadhi. Metals in the human body The human body contains several metals, salts, poisons etc. The Tamil Siddhars prescribed metals to cure chronic diseases. Western scientists now say that gold cures Tuberculosis, an that lead cures Cancer. But lead is a poison and it does harm in their experiments now. Their knowledge of its preparation is imperfect. It must first of all be well purified according to the system of India Siddha Medical Science and then calcined and made lighter than water, bulk for bulk, in the finest powder form. Its test is its floatation on water and the lead oxide obtained through the process of its preparation contains no poison. So it gets assimilated in the body easily and cures cancer, skin diseases et. Similarly, they used all metals including gold, copper etc, very successfully. lead and copper are serious poisons. Poisonous lead destroys the whole nervous system, disturbs the secretions of the glands, brings on rheumatism, lameness, gout etc, and spoils the whole body. There is a Tamil proverb to the effect that a good preparation of lead makes the body thangam or golden and that a bad preparation of brings bangam or destruction to the body. The Siddha preparations of metals were not made at random, but with the all-pervading knowledge of the divine Siddhars, who were half-divine in themselves and who were primed with unlimited divine knowledge and great spinitual powers to illuminate the past, present and future. Greatness of the Tamil Varma Medicine The Varma Medicines are very rare preparations, and they are beyond the reach of the ordinary physicians, being high class secret tonics. The Varma System of medicine is prepared to reveal its many occult powers to its devotees. Admission Procedure A.
