PREFACE
In today`s area it is very necessary to keep our surrounding as well as ourselves to be
updated by the latest happening, especially when we are going to be Iuture MBA keeping the
same things in the mind. We have decided to do a marketing research on customer satisIaction
on PARLE BISCUITS PRODUCTS in the area oI Gandhinagar And Ahmedabad. The same
procedures is being implied to every oI the same in the Iullest.
In this report we have poured lot many aIIects various magazines and web sites. And in
this reports we try our best to make the project 'The Best. In this project we realized behavior
and believes regarding to consumption oI Parle Biscuits Products, and try to Iind out how much
the consumer is satisIied with the consumption oI the Parle biscuits.
Really this project report enhanced our knowledge regarding strategy substantially. We
saw how practically the things take in business. This projects will really helpIul to use in Iuture
also iI includes almost each and every kind oI data in it.
We are management student and as a part oI our management programme this research is
not only a part oI our curriculums studies but it is necessary to develop our practical as well as
theoretical knowledge.
Thus management provide us the opportunity to do to the survey, data analysis and
research to acquire our macro as well as micro knowledge. It is deIinitely true that the world
outside our house is many times diIIerent Irom what we are at our home.
It is possible that theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom may diIIer Irom the
practical knowledge.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY.
The report entitled 'Consumer SatisIaction oI Parle Biscuits
The executive summary oI the project which deals to Iind the level oI satisIaction oI the parle
products in the areas oI Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, that was launched in India in the year
1929. With a 40 share oI the total biscuit market and a 15 share oI the total conIectionary
market in India, Parle has grown to become a multi-million dollar company. While to the
consumers it's a beacon oI Iaith and trust, competitors look upon Parle as an example oI
marketing brilliance. The introduction provides the company background and operational &
other important inIormation provided by the company which would assist in studying the product
oI Parle.
We had also done some industry analysis about the Parle company which helps us Iind
the production, Distribution and delivery pattern and proIit making strategies oI the company in
the various years. We also done industry trends which deals with the Annual Growth rate oI
biscuit industry in India. There are two sectors oI the biscuit industry that is Organized Sector
and Unorganized Sector. Annual Production year by year. PEST (Political Economical Social
Technological) aspects oI the company are also taken into consideration. It also deals with the
ive orces that guide the Company to take a Business Decisions. Market shares are also taken
into the consideration Ior the companies position in the market. Industry rame Work deals with
How the Demand and Supply oI the product are coped up with the Economy as a whole.
The survey contains the sampling size oI 100 respondents in order to Iind that whether
the consumer is overall satisIied with the product or not. And II not, then what decisions are to
be taken to improve the satisIaction level. This report tries to Iind the consumer satisIaction oI
Maggi in Ahmedabad among various gender, age group and other parameters
Thus ,iI there is any improvement needed in the parle products oI biscuit or not, even iI
there is any complaints Iound out in the products oI parle. or any company, customers are only
important entity to make proIit, thus the customer must be Iully satisIy Irom the consumption oI
the product
In this report, we have surveyed diIIerent people and tried to analyze the data by the
statistical tools. And even interpreted through graphs
