Are federal agencies willing and prepared to create a 21st century work environment based on exibility, continuity and performance?

THE STUDY
This study assesses current attitudes and practices of telework in the federal sector, and ways technology can improve operations.

Our Approach
FedScoop surveyed IT executives from the federal and private sectors in the DC Metro Area to assess how attitudes and practices of telework are playing out in the business community.

Sample Demographics

Summary
To attract top talent, the federal government must create a work environment that supports their needs. Telework can have a huge impact on continuity of operations in the event of a crisis. By properly equipping, training and empowering federal employees to operate remotely, the public sector can leverage telework to improve operations.
