Part VII - INVESTMENTS AND TRUSTS - Effective July 1,2003, at the age of 55, 1 was eligible to draw my pensions from the Judges Retirement System, IMRF and TRS as shown under Part II1 - Non-lnvestment Income. I have indicated the n~onthly income received from each pension account for the 2009 reporting year under Part 111. Since the peusion accounts now have no value, I have removed them from Part VII - Investments and Trusts.
