Working understanding of related modules and processes: SAP Module Good communication skills - resource will be working directly with the customer to build capability and leverage the BASIS toolset. Ability to lead and influence the business users to leverage the capabilities al ready built into the current BASIS solution. Several implementations (at least 2 full life cycles) and go-live experience wit h personal involvement in design and actual SAP configuration of BASIS (related R/3 modules are a plus). Plan, execute and follow up SAP projects under your responsibility. Providing proactive support, through effective capacity planning and change mana gement. Providing reactive support for customers of the service, and to introduce measur es to reduce reactive work. Handling escalations from customers/other teams, about technical issuAs a SAP Fu nctional/Technical Consultant, will be part of a pool of SAP Consultants and Spe cialists who will be deployed to projects located in Asia and potentially in Eur

ope and North America. You will be contributing to the implementation of project s covering the scope of SAP Infrastructure solutions per project specification. Blue Printing - matching and prototyping of current business processes into SAP solution sets. Designing and developing new solutions to address any gaps between business requ irements and solution. Re-configuration of SAP, and the creation of technical and functional specificat ions to meet business requirements. Conduct system testing and business acceptance testing to ensure design specific ations are met and business requirements are addressed. Provide help and assistance to business users during cut-over and data migration phases. Engaged in pre-sales support as needed. Build HP's best practices in the area of SAP engagements.
