Since our establishment in 1998, we have grown to become a leading and influential force in Africas communication industry We offer a complete package of turnkey telecommunication products, services and network solutions to our broad base of valuable customers. We have a steady growing Pan-African footprint in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana, Chad and Zambia, with plans of expanding to Ethiopia, DRC, Cameroon, South Africa, Malawi and Zimbabwe by Q4,2011. We have also moved forward to improve our project management capabilities by setting up a project management office which ensures delivery of projects by Earned Value Management using standards as set out by Project Management Institute (PMI, USA). As an organization we are moving up the ladder by declaring our self a full PMC organization. We achieve this by way of enhancing the project management skills of existing resources (giving them PMP training and ensuring their certifications) and aligning of all our processes as per PMI established methods and PMBOK spelt knowledge areas.

Power equipments owned by Linksoft (post modification of the Network and fully financed), Operator getting power at per KWH. Saves operator from additional Capex and headache to manage the power. Power guaranteed by Linksoft.

CURRENT SCENARIO TYPICAL POWER MANAGEMENT

Customer has Approx 2000 sites for passive maintenance Approx 200 sites without Grid power Approx 1700 sites are with Grid, Generators and 100 sites with hybrid power.

Way forward (Once Linksoft Is Contracted For Power Management)

o Fully outsourced AC & DC power management o Upgrades of Generators, rectifiers and deployment of new batteries o Minimum 2000 sites under contract o Contract for at least 5 years

Benefits (Reduction in Opex. )

oYear 1 - 7.5% , Year 2 9%, Year 3 10.5%, Year 4 12% , Year 5 15% o Additional Opex reduction can be achieved by way of sharing power with other tenants on the site
