Who can make my ride more comfy?

This new service is so NICE! Who do we go and pat on the back?

Metro has become unviable, see all data and this report. Will have to raise fares now

Mobility, engagement and Bengaluru

Service Management
Where exactly do I go and provide my feedback, hand over my requests? Say, for a new Bus Stop? What is happening to my requests, say for a new route? Can I see all other requests in the system?

Deliberation
Are advocacy and interest groups content speaking inside their four walls? Are they able to educate and re-shape opinions? Are solutions being proposed as well, or is it only about problems?

Transparency
Are government agencies equipped well enough to share more and in real time? How transparent are Advocacy and Interest groups today? Do we all believe that sharing more and early has huge benefits in the long run?
