Section 7 If fixtures and fittings are included in the tenancy, these are listed in a separate inventory list. It is the responsibility of the tenant to check and sign the inventory list. After the tenancy is terminated, it is the responsibility of the landlord to sign the tenants version of the inventory list or otherwise acknowledge the restoration of the inventory items.
