After attending the enumeration work and the arrangement of New furnitures allotted to Delivery Br of OggiamThurai -pakkam DSO, Chennai.97 on 19.04.2011 This Mc KINSEY & Company Private Consultantices-Staff of a Project Manager and a Consultants with one Operative specialist are attend this meeting and they will given one ASPs of each Dn of Our City unit to given Trg for TWO week on the implementation of the Pilot Project Scheme to develop the skils of the Delivery Staffs and to make Speedy and efficiency in Delivery of a Post office .The ASPs who are nominated by each Dn are to attend the POs to gather with these Mc KINSEY & Company Staffs and further we given Trg to remaining Asps in our Circle. On 18.04.2011 the Consultant with Operative specialist are visited our Oggiam Thuraipakkam-Rural-.Chennai.97 with our SSPOs and scrutiny the Furniture are supplied with an Revised size as per Directorate to the Delivery Branch/ Staffs, The Parcel Delivery Stg Rack, Mail Stg rack and Sequencing Table (Postmen Table) and Trolley with carrying Mail Trays with Plastic Trays.

On 19.04.2011 evening these nominated Asps of each city Dn are attended with Mc KINSEY Staffs at oggiamthuraipakkam Delivery staffsPostmen and to discussed their Difficulties of their work Nature and why this Pilot Project system are introduced and How it is to be implemented to the Post offices etc., upto 18.15 hrs. Further the Consultant of this Mc KINSEY & Company is argue with why the Speed Postmen and the other Postmen strength are to be merged with and together Postmen 8, Beats+ Speed PM-3 = Total 11 Beats in this OT.Pakkam DSO and shared the area on reducing the existing area with equal to delivered ALL Mails including Speed article may delivered by a Postman and to avoid traveling another Postmen in the same are on the same day delivering our Dept Mails either SPA or Ordinary/ Regd whatever may be and the Delivery staff may accept he may report to CPMG for implementation and all Postmen are accepted To day the 20.04.2011 we has to attend GPO at morning hrs and by evening at OggiamThuraipakkam PO for arranging the Furniture of the Delivery branch for easy access of Delivery Staff/ Handling the mails in speedy way etc.,in before the Delivery staff by the Mc KINSEY Staffs Sir Submitted

The Mc Kensey Consultancies company staffs are completed our Trg PD up to 28.04.2011 with concludes to prepare the Daily KPI-Score card- to Pilot Project-PO and to submit thro his e/mail address and CPMG Tn Circle, PMG-CCR, DPS-CCR, ALL Divl heads of the Chennai City form 26.04.2011 on words to monitoring the Traffic and the improvements of the Delivery efficiency. I attend Daily, at the time of Mail arriving at Oggiam Thorai -pakkam Rural Delivery SO and monitoring the delivery (Selected as Pilot Project- SO in Tamil nadu) up to 30.04.2011 and I has to get the information from them to submit the said report thro e-mail to all as in the para one from 02.05.2011 of which the exist PA/SPM didnt know how to access the e-mail

Mail network Optimization Project (Part of Project Arrow)

to ensure mail is sent out for delivery at the scheduled start of delivery time. 2.to treat the mails in the better way. 3.to ensure same day delivery of all mails. 4.to streamline pre delivery process. 5.to ensure all delivery branches are coordinated and matched 1.take corrective action if mail arrival is often delay. 2.estimate the required manpower to sort the articles. 3.determine the time available for sorting as the time between mail arrival and delivery start time 4.increase sorting capacity by providing sufficient staff. 5.employ extra manpower for peak load. 6.town hall meeting with postman 1.ensure prompt attendance of sorting postman and mts at the time of arrival of mail 2.the process of opening and stamping should be started without any delay 3.ensure that sorting should be completed before 1 hour 15 minutes before Leaving for beat Postman staff reporting for duty in time. Delivery lists should be printed out before cut off time i.e 15 minutes before leaving for beat. 6 sequencing should be completed before 15 minutes leaving for beat. 7.leaving for beat on time 8.reporting back by cut off time. 9 ordinary mail delivery status verified Ensure the above by picking up 10 mail with phone number from sorting

table and inquired the status over phone through pri (p) Feed data in KPI calculation for scorecard and submit to Divl Head/ ReglDPS & PMG daily by e-mail.
