Referendum: This time from all the ex chief justices/justices of high court and supreme court, lawyers, all the MPs, chief ministers, as many MLAs as possible, ex-bureaucrats, ex-IPSs, prominent people, ..whosoever appropriate. Keep the questionnaire brief and simple, only soul should be covered. Respondents should be able to give subjective suggestions on points asked in questionnaire as well as any other point. Collect signed copies. Collate the whole thing and publish it with names of people who gave suggestions (we have signed copies).

It will difficult for political class to question the collective wisdom of hundreds and thousands of prominent people. ************************* 1. When the target is as big as changing the course of country as big as India, we ought to have organization pushing for change fairly large and representative. 2. We should build an organization with pan-India presence, well-written constitution, transparent and democratic way of inclusion and expulsion of members, reaching at decisions, funding and expenditure. 3. Ensure the organization/leaders/volunteers stick to the issues(s) at hand, decided in the organization. 4. Be polite/pragmatic/diplomatic even with worst of our enemies. We can learn a lot from the political class in this aspect. Even while striving for the moon, keep things open-ended. 5. In larger interest of the society, if more able leaders come up, there should be no hesitation for the current leaders to work second/third/tier. 6. The legend is that Chanakya's initial attempt to overthrow Nanda fails, whereupon he comes across a mother scolding her child for burning himself by eating from the middle of a bowl of porridge rather than the cooler edge. Chanakya realizes his initial strategic error and instead of attacking the heart of Nanda territory, slowly chips away at its edges. ************************* At the same time, we should also start obtaining suggestions about: 1. Electoral reforms: 50+ percent votes must for winning, re-poll among top 2, vote bank politics/narrow minded politics will automatically vanish. 2. Judicial reforms: Fast, timely, less cumbersome delivery of justice. 3. Police reforms: Culprits and not victims fear the police system. Easy and simple access for common people. Better service conditions for police staff, less work hours, regular weekly offs, better training. Much larger base of people will attach itself to the movement.

Mother Teresa: I will never attend an anti-war rally; if you have a peace rally, invite me. Should focus on what we want (PEACE) than what we don't want (WAR) because whatever is our focus, we receive it in abundance. More we are against any person, more they gain strength; in fact, we give them strength from our thoughts/focus; lets rethink our strategy. Congress opposed Anna & he became stronger; Congress committed same mistake with Modi; if we oppose Congress, it will become stronger. Spread awareness of DEMAND in simple words like last open letter to PM and MPs; anyone who opposes/endorses will end up strengthening our DEMAND
