FINDING S:

Many companies were unaware about Conscript Majority of companies were reluctant to switch their service providers. Customer base and brand loyalty of Ma Foi, Adecco is very high There is cut throat competition in recruitment sector Conscript needs to define the target market

Companies preferred Conscript if it increased their promotion activities and created awareness about Conscript. Companies demand strong clientele base of that particular sector. Major factors on which the company decides to hire a consultancy are price, terms and conditions and reputation

SUGGESTI ON:

Conscript should concentrate on the sectors other than IT sector Conscript will have to make its services in more professional way Teams should be formed sector wise or location wise to work Conscript should focus on promotions to create an awareness There is untapped potential in the market. Conscript should try to capture it through various promotional strategies

CONCLUSIO N:
Conscript is in a sector which is full of cut throat competition Conscript is having quite a good number of clients Conscript will have to keep its rate very low in order to increase its client list To some extent, Conscript has succeeded in creating awareness but still there is lot of scope in sectors other than IT sector More promotional activities
