There should be an agenda for people to use lokpal for good of the society and individuals, one should

take cautions before someone start misusing the bill. This is the case happening in the case of Domestic violence. Domestic Violence is such a powerful and great relief for women and women of India are the pride of the nation. But the ruling Domestic Violence creating violence by the daughter-in-law's of the family. At least 90% Cases in the courts are found to be misused ones. At the same time Media is also playing games by promoting Violence in individuals life style by entering into their family life without taking proper assessment before they get into action. This is because they need some show which is negative about the individuals and negative about the society and sadly that which attracts public too. India is known for its hostage but we have lost the charm of hostage now due to our interest making money. We have dropped every value out of ourselves to make money. Media by means of its miraculous power, disturbing the family life by overriding invasion of privacy in India. It is not only disturbing ones family life but also ruining the carrier. Without proper assessment they start harassing individuals and they will not be bothered with the repercussions by means of creating the show in a family. Recently in one of my friends family the daughter after the demise of her husband (who had a heart attack at early age) at her own volition which was in fact she wanted and all this she did after creating a quarrel for no reason in order to put the blame on in laws family(Since she wanted to spend some time with her parents after first month rituals of her husband, her husbands brother requested her to leave children for that time, which has turned to a quarrel as it was found to be planned program by herself and by her parents to create a situation to escape by blaming the in-laws members and pointing fingers, using abusive language towards in-laws family saying that the in-laws family separating mother and children). Due to this misunderstanding there was no scope for in laws family to give support to the children and daughter in law. Though mother-in-laws family were looking out for an alternate solution to support their family members, they were waiting with hope that the daughter-in-law of this family would definitely come back for good ones after she understands the family life. Meanwhile one sudden morning she brought few camera men from some channels like ETV2, NTV and etc and she took help of police, she also blamed that the brother-in-law (her husband brother) had sent men to punish his brothers youngest kid in park and she came with a bandage on her youngest sons head which she removed later while leaving the house after the show. The moment they dropped in they started banging the doors and used abused language with mother-in-law and entire family members. Unfortunately it had not happened when her husband was alive. The show is only to chunk away all the properties and money of this family by defaming the family members as they had reputation in the society and reputation in their village due to their good deeds. Now she filed one case in their village for criminal offence base saying that her brother-in-law sent men to threaten her by banging her youngest kid, he banged her father and with that her father died after 3 months and lastly her brother-in-law tried

to hit her brother, mother with slippers. And another is a DV case at the place where she is living and working in an institution with best possible salary on the same grounds included dowry harassment and saying that her mother-in-law emotionally blackmailed her husband for registering the flat on her name in a city place. All this happened almost an year and half ago. The Mother-in-law family Members took a step to find a solution before filing the DV after the media show with lots of pain in their heart. They have appointed few elders by requesting them to solve the problem. But unfortunately in this era hardly we can find a better elder who can find a better solution which could be amicable for all the members. Atlast there was a compromise between these two parties as the mother-in-law party agreed to forgo their actual share of property in order to bring back peace in their family. But the daughter-in-law is adamant and not proceeding to withdraw the cases that being filed by her. Now surprisingly the court is also found to be very mischievous even though the petitioner (herself) did not attend the case proceeding it is keeping on postponing for almost year and half time. As I heard the nature of cases like domestic violence are to be cleared within 60-90 days of timeframe. She has attended the case proceeding only once or twice. The in-laws family filed a counter statement with all the possible answers. Parallelly the in-laws continued their talks at elders to do good to their deceased sons branch of family members. Now what is the fate of the mother-in-law side members? Is that the court can do some justice? Who can bring back the reputation the family had lost? Who can give them the finance that she claimed in a wrong manner? Does Media can bring back the reputation that it has corrupted with their sudden involvement for making out fame of their channel in public in wrong means. ? Who is responsible for the impact? Who can protect the other branch of the family? Is their any security and stability which can bring back them life? Now unfortunately the Law in the case of domestic violence and police involvement their will be lot of negative impact rather than positive. If it is unproved the law never punishes the daughter-in-law though it is not the solution, atleast their should be some discouragement by means of Law in a case if it is mis used. The norms of Law should always be balanced in order to protect the right. Is this lokpal is useful for individuals to protect themselves from other individuals or family members.? Is this protecting public from Media Violence and abusive media shows? I feel if the Political side of the drama if it could be regulated by means of proper and appropriate rules and mandates then it would control all the other happenings with public. The only interest in my entire story is to take care the innocent and punish the ignorant and problems causing creatures in this country.
