: 106101003718 Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Partisipasi Ibu Balita Ke Posyandu di Kelurahan Rempoa Kecamatan Ciputat Timur Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2010 xxii + 138 halaman, 30 tabel, 2 bagan, 6 lampiran ABSTRAK Partisipasi masyarakat adalah suatu bentuk keterlibatan secara aktif dari masyarakat dalam segala bidang kehidupan. Dalam bidang kesehatan, salah satu partisipasi masyarakat adalah memantau pertumbuhan berat badan balita di Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu), dengan tolak ukur melihat jumlah balita yang ditimbang dibandingkan jumlah balita seluruhnya (D/S). Hasil laporan Puskesmas Ciputat Timur tahun 2009, angka D/S paling rendah terdapat di Kelurahan Rempoa yaitu 34,24%. Angka tersebut masih jauh dibawah target Nasional yaitu sebesar 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan partisipasi ibu balita ke Posyandu di Kelurahan Rempoa Kecamatan Ciputat Timur Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2010, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April November dengan menggunakan desain penelitian studi cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 222 ibu balita. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis univariat untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi dari masing-masing variabel, analisis bivariat untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square serta analisis multivariat untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan partisipasi ibu balita ke Posyandu dengan menggunakan uji regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu balita berpartisipasi tidak aktif ke Posyandu (63,5%). Berdasarkan analisis bivariat diketahui bahwa umur ibu, pendidikan ibu, tingkat pengetahuan ibu, sikap ibu, status bekerja ibu, pendapatan keluarga, perilaku kader dan perilaku petugas kesehatan tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan partisipasi ibu balita ke Posyandu di Kelurahan Rempoa. Sedangkan kepemilikan KMS dan perilaku tokoh masyarakat memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan partisipasi ibu balita ke Posyandu di Kelurahan Rempoa pada tahun 2010. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan analisis multivariat diketahui

bahwa kepemilikan KMS merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan partisipasi ibu balita ke Posyandu di Kelurahan Rempoa pada tahun 2010. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, saran yang dapat diberikan adalah untuk para ibu balita supaya menggunakan semaksimal mungkin sarana yang tersedia di Posyandu untuk memantau perkembangan dan pertumbuhan balitanya. Untuk Puskesmas Ciputat Timur disarankan agar segera mengganti Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) yang hilang, memberi penyuluhan kepada ibu tentang kegunaan KMS, serta mensosialisasikan untuk menjaga KMS dengan baik dan disiplin membawanya pada saat kegiatan Posyandu. Untuk Dinas Kesehatan Tangerang Selatan disarankan dapat memberikan pembinaan kepada pihak Puskesmas tentang kegiatan Posyandu. Daftar Bacaan: 53 ( 1989 - 2010)

In the health sector, one of the public participation is monitoring weight gain of children under five in "Pos Pelayanan Terpadu" (Posyandu), by considering the ratio of the number of toddler measured to the total number of toddler (D / S). Ciputat Timur Medical Center reported in 2009 that the lowest D / S ratio is in Sub Rempoa which is 34.24%. The number is still far below the national target which is 80%. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that are related with the participation of mothers in the village Rempoa Ciputat Timur district of Tangerang Selatan City in 2010, which was held in April-November by using cross sectional research design. The samples of this research are 222 mothers. The data analysis which were used in this research consists of univariate analysis to determine the frequency distribution of each variable, bivariate analysis to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables using chi-square statistical test and multivariate analysis to determine the most dominant factor that are related with mothers' participation to Posyandu by using multiple logistic regression. The results show that most of the mothers do not participate actively in Posyandu (63.5%). Bivariate analysis shows that maternal age, maternal education, maternal knowledge, attitude of mothers, mothers working status, household income, attitude and behavior of cadres of health workers do not have a significant relationship with the participation of mothers in the Rempoa district. However, the ownership of KMS and the behavior of public figures have a significant impact to the participation of mothers in the Rempoa district in 2010. Furthermore, it was shown by multivariate analysis that the ownership of KMS is the most dominant factor that are related with the participation of mothers in the Rempoa district's Posyandu in 2010.

Based on the results of this research, the mothers are advised to use the available tools obtimaly to monitor growth of and the development their children. Community Health Center of Ciputat Timur should replace the missing Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) immediately, inform the mothers about the uses of KMS, and also socialize them to keep KMS well and bring it regularly to the Posyandu's activities. Tangerang Selatan Health Department is recommended to provide guidance to the health center on integrated health activities. Reading list: 53 (1989 - 2010)
