I have been a business owner in the community since 1996 and Mr . Pennington is the first person that has worked for my company who backed up ev erything he said he was going to do. Will was responsible for actually three pos itions. All three paid on straight commission. First, he is a sales manager and runs J & A Water Coolers, Inc. He started with 12 coolers and in a little over a year he has opened almost 400 new commercial accounts. He also is in charge of hiring and training the part time sales people. Second, he is a Customer Relatio ns Representative for Eastern Shore Water, a residential water treatment company

which I also own. This job is usually done in the evenings and Saturdays when p eople are off work. Third, he covers all of our Home Shows that Eastern Shore Wa ter enters for advertising purposes. In the past 12 months Mr. Pennington has pu t over 49,000 miles on his own vehicle traveling for the two companies. All thre e positions cover the Eastern Shore, MD, DE and VA. Will works approximately 6070 hours per week to cover his jobs. It requires these hours for him to support himself and his three sons. He is a very responsible and thorough employee and h as never missed a day of work in the 15 months he has been employed by me. I wou ld recommend Will to anyone. Sincerely, Joseph Alta Owner Eastern Shore Water, INC December 29, 1986 To Whom It May Concern: While G. W. (Lucky) Pennington was in our employment for only a short ten months , he had done more for our sales and marketing department than anyone prior. In this time frame Lucky took our Southeastern regional sales from-$300,000 to almo st $900,000. This increase came from hard work and his unique ability to motivat e sales people in the field. He developed our telemarketing program from scratch . His willingness to dig-in and get the job done goes unsurpassed. Senior management decided to reduce expenses and reassigned the Baltimore office to the Atlanta area. This would enable the company to reduce travel expenses. R egretfully, Mr. Pennington chose not to relocate and therefore resigned. I am sure Lucky will succeed in whatever undertaking he pursues. Sincerely, Stephen T.
