COLLINS INTERNATIONAL POLICE ADVISOR AND TRAINER BACKGROUND I am highly successful manager with over 15 years experience as a leader, coordi nator, negotiator, controller, motivator, counselor and hands-on performer in La w Enforcement. I am currently working on his degree in business management, hav e over 10 years of administrative law enforcement experience at executive levels , and possess a military background. I supervised personnel in areas of: logist ics, personnel, training, finance, and operations. I have extensive experience in directing law enforcement and business operations in the United States and abroad. I possess significant overseas management and leadership experience, particularly in the Middle East. I also have a systems an d process-oriented background in my profession. I was an Assistant Regional Supervisor with Focus Police District Development an d Directed District Development. This area of responsibility is for the Central Region of Afghanistan. Other duties involve mentoring in recruiting, selecting, training, deploying and supporting the Afghanistan National Police in Kabul, Log ar, and Wardak Provinces, Afghanistan. I also supervised two additional national police programs: Family Response Units and Women's Police Academies. My respons ibility encompassed sexual crimes, domestic violence, and civil rights violation s. The Women's Police Academies trained females in basic policing skills for the Afghan National Police. In my current position, I am responsible for all static and mobile security of t he Gardez Regional Training Center. I have more than fifty international employe es to supervise and organize under my supervision. A key area of my job is to or ganize personnel, flights, build international relationships, and provide vital information to my employer. I additionally analyze intelligence reports from the Gardez region and nation. Organize security physical security details (PSD) for VIP visits to the Gardez region. Finally, all training of specialized personal in response to critical incidents and supervise all operations in response to cr itical incidents.
