Discussion y Few places being considered, but no one choice is Community Hall. y Rent is RM60 per hour. y Expected guests = 250 people y Expected budget = RM2000 (including chairs,sound system and hall rental) y Budget money are from souvenier collections (Refer futher discussion) y Proposed 3 March 2012 y Proposed time 10am 4pm y concern raised by Mary Abel is about Malaysia general election if its collide with the proposed date and venue. y The Annual Gathering Meeting proposed to be done in the morning from 10am 12pm. Attendees will be among TRM1 committee member and members y The launching of TRM1, proposed to be done in the afternoon at 12 noon. y y It is agreed that each committee members of TRM1 invite minimum 5 friends/family to come. y Invitation card will be prepare by early February 2012 y Need everybody help to convince each other friends and family to come to the launching. y Invitation to Bukit Harapan Kids/ school kids from Tuaran/Kota Marudu/Kiulu

Invitation also to all the big charity donors eg. Wong Kwok, Rotary club and etc Will be led by Miranda and Diana Aning The budget proposed is rm3000. About rm15 per head Christopher Belimbing suggested to have only 4 dishes. Christopher Belimbing suggested our own TRM1 artist Madam Diana Aning and Cecilia Kasun to perform on stage. Also, suggested to get Help-Portrait volunteer artist Appy Tots, Angelina Perete and Nera to perform if possible at least one of them to present. Performance by students (if any) ICT presentation of TRM1 history and activities done that led to the establishment of this society. Anna Rofina will be in-charge on giving out list of all VVIPs to be invite to launching Suggested Datuk Jahid to officiate launching. (A simple gong or cutting ribbon ceremony) Also need organizing chairman (Dennis), Yg DiPertua (Francis) and Naib DiPertua (Joibi) to always by the VVIP side. Lead by Christopher Belimbing CB had come out with the forms and example of the books. Need everybody in committee to find minimum 5 people/organization/family to buy the page. Please refer attachement. Forms will send by email/by hand to all TRM1 members to distribute and get donation. Need everybody cooperation to do this. It s our only hope to fund our agm/launching Donations for TRM1 tabung will be done on the day of launching (suggestion). Need another 2 tabungs on that day (Budget rm100 each). To give token of appreciation to all HelpPortrait volunteers on that day (maybe by VIP). It is suggested to have a MOTTO and LOGO design competition (will announce in FB) due date needed. Need to use it for Souvenir Book design and also the Invitation card. Suggested price rm100. Anna Rofina suggested that TRM1 have official attire. Three colour Light Blue, Maroon or Red Blood. Will post in FB for members to vote which colour. Its going to be a collar t-shirt. Task reassignment and additional members

(To be discuss during TRM1 committee meeting) Concern raise regarding TRM1 bank account details and receipt (To be discuss during TRM1 committee meeting) Member drive suggested done on the day of launching, about 10 people need to be at the counter to promote to guests to register for membership. This lead by Janet and Winniefred. Suggested to have Miss Evelyn to lead a team of usherette. Suggested Azhar to lead the team for transportation for kids from school (kiulu/tuaran/kota marudu) if they able to come.
