Passaic River Bridge, Belleville New Jersey. Expert witness and assisted counsel in pre-trial phrase of lawsuit claiming $8 m illion in damages on $32-million lift-span bridge. He prepared an Expert Report of findings, and a Rebuttal Report that critiqued the opposing expertas report. Provided expert testimony in depositions and assisted in negotiations.

Macao Studio City Macao SAR, Peoples Republic of China Performed an analysis of the contracts and construction risks associated with th e technical and commercial complexities of the fit-out of a 4 million SF project . Assessed the critical interfaces, relationships, agreements and other informat ion to identify and minimize risk factors and potential problems, and develop ri sk sharing approaches, alternative actions, strategies and tactics to support ma nagement decisions. Naptha Jhakri Hydroelectric Tunneling Project, India. Retained as the scheduling and delay expert by the international contractor who performed 11 kilometers of head race tunneling and was delayed by 50 months. Wor ked with counsel and the contractoras management in preparation for arbitration hearings and submissions, and provided expert testimony in arbitration in New De lhi that resulted in an extremely favorable award for the contractor. The Arboretum, Santa Monica, CA The executive management and counsel for the design-builder retained Mr. Bramble for on-site claims management to bring the project under control and recapture costs. Working with client staff, Mr. Bramble developed and enhanced the contrac ts management system and administrative procedures, negotiated with subcontracto rs and vendors, worked to expedite construction, resolve change orders and provi de on-site project management. Foxwoods Casino, Rainmaker Casino Expansion, Ledyard, CT Retained by counsel for the Mashantucket-Pequot Tribal Nation to evaluate the mu lti-million dollar claims of the subcontractors. Participated in mediation and a ssisted the client to resolve the claims favorably for the Tribal Nation. OaHare International Airport, Chicago, Terminal 1 F.A.C.E. PROGRAM Headed a team of professionals performing an independent analysis of the contrac toras $11 million claim on a $76 million contract. Identified unallowable cost i tems and other adjustments to the claimed costs. Using objective and quantitativ e analyses, a high and low range of supportable values were provided, as well as a risk-adjusted analysis to support the settlement. Transportation Research Board, National Research Council Claims Practices Study and Synthesis Led a research team and co-authored a report on a study of claims resolution pra ctices of transportation and highway agencies entitled: Resolution of Disputes t o Avoid Construction Claims. In-depth evaluation of 13 agencies, analysis of 42 agencies and over 100 profiles of transportation projects. Construction Industry Institute Disputes Potential Index, Study and Special Publication Chaired CIIas Disputes Prevention and Resolution Research Team comprised of indu stry practitioners from major designers, contractors and academics from top univ ersities. The Team investigated approaches to minimize contract disputes, evalua ted practices and strategies to mitigate and avoid problems, and developed the a Disputes Potential Indexa (DPI) computer test/tool to predict the potential for contract disputes and claims.
