h Ashry Fendi Budiyono 05/187440/GE05783 INTISARI Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2000 2009, mengetahui efisiensi pembiayaan pembangunan sektor pariwisata terhadap kontribusi sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2000 2009, mengetahui hubungan pembiayaan pembangunan sektor pariwisata dengan peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2000 2009 dan mengetahui implikasi kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Sragen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, observasi, pengolahan dan analisis data statistik. Untuk penentuan besarnya kontribusi sektor pariwisata menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui perhitungan persentase jumlah penerimaan sektor pariwisata dengan jumlah penerimaan pendapatan asli daerah. Sedangkan untuk menentukan nilai rasio efisiensi pembiayaan pembangunan sektor pariwisata menggunakan perhitungan perbandingan besarnya biaya pembangunan sektor pariwisata yang dikeluarkan dengan realisasi penerimaan sektor pariwisata yang diterima. Untuk mengetahui hubungan pembiayaan pembangunan sektor pariwisata dengan peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah menggunakan analisis statistik korelasi product moment. Implikasi kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap pengembangan pariwisata diperoleh dari analisis deskriptif menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi sektor pariwisata mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya, pada tahun 2009 hanya sebesar 0,93 persen. Sedangkan rata rata kontribusi sektor pariwisata sebesar 1,42 persen dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun. Hasil dari perhitungan nilai rasio efisiensi pembiayaan pembangunan sektor pariwisata dibagi menjadi tiga kelas, yaitu sangat efisien (< 1), efisien (=1), tidak efisien (>1). Hasil penelitian selama kurun waktu 10 tahun menunjukkan pada tahun 2003 hingga 2009 rasio efisiensi mencapai nilai rata rata 2,92 (tidak efisien). Hal ini menggambarkan pembiayaan pembangunan yang tinggi pada sektor pariwisata dan berbagai program pengembangan pariwisata tidak memberikan andil yang cukup berarti bagi pendapatan asli daerah. Adanya hubungan antara pembiayaan pembangunan sektor pariwisata dengan peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan pembangunan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Sragen berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah. CONTRIBUTION OF TOURISM SECTOR FOR IMPROVEMENT ON THE ORIGINAL REGIONAL INCOME (PAD) SRAGEN REGENCY IN YEAR 2000 2009 By Ashry Fendi Budiyono 05/187440/GE05783 ABSTRACT The objectives of the research are to study contribution of the tourism sector to increase revenue (PAD) in Sragen Regency Year 2000 to 2009, knowing the efficiency of tourism development funding to the contribution of the tourism sector in Sragen Regency Year 2000 to 2009, to know relationship between tourism development fund with to increase revenue and know the implications of the tourism sector's contribution to the development of tourism in Sragen Regency. The research method used is descriptive analysis techniques, observation, processing and analysis of statistic data. To determine the contribution of the tourism sector using a quantitative method through the calculation of the percentage of total revenues and receipts of the tourism sector revenue. As for determining the value of the ratio of financing the development of the tourism sector efficiency using the calculation of comparative magnitude of tourism development costs incurred with the actual revenues received by the tourism sector. To know relationship between tourism development fund with to increase revenue for analysis of statistic product moment correlations. Implications of the tourism sector's contribution to tourism development is obtained from descriptive analysis using secondary data. The results showed the tourism sector's contribution has decreased each year, in 2009 only amounted to 0.93 percent. While the average contribution of the tourism sector by1.42 percent in the past 10 years. The results of the calculation of the value of the efficiency ratio of financing the construction of the tourism sector is divided into three classes, that is very efficient (<1), efficient (= 1), inefficient (> 1). The results of research during the past 10 years show in 2003 to 2009 the efficiency ratio reached a value of the average 2.92 (inefficient). This illustrates the construction of a high enough funding on the tourism sector andtourism development programs do not contribute significantly to revenue. Acknowledge relationship between tourism development fund with to increase revenue indicate that tourism development fund in Sragen Regency for consideration to influence in increase revenue.
